Chairman of National Automotive Design and Development Council paid a courtesy visit to Mikano Motors Assembly Plant

The Brand Manager, Mikano Motors speaking to the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s Board Chairman, Senator Osita Izunaso, together with delegates of NADDC during their courtesy visit to Mikano Motors Assembly Plant. The delegates toured the Mikano Motors Assembly Plant and were impressed with the state-of-the-art assembly plant that Mikano Motors have built.



Due to the efforts of the NADDC, over N500 billion has been invested by credible Nigerian and international companies in setting up factories towards the development of Nigeria’s automotive sector. Companies such as Mikano Motors/Geely (a subsidiary of Mikano International Limited), Dangote-SinoTrucks, Innoson, PAN, Cherry, Peugeot, Stallion Group, Hyundai, Honda, Elizade, Lanre Shittu, JAC, Kojo, Nord, Omaa, Vistar, Jet Systems, National Trucks Manufacturers, GAC, Kia. These committed companies are now actively producing/assembling vehicles in Nigeria. They have a combined installed capacity to produce over 400,000 vehicles per year.
